Door-to-Door Delivery -- WINE BARREL FURNITURE


With Curb Side Delivery, delivery persons leave your item in the driveway or curb side. You will be notified by phone of the delivery date and time. If you’d like to arrange or schedule a specific delivery date, or request White Glove Delivery, please call 866-469-9463.

California Vines is NOW Offering FREE SHIPPING on a large number of products. If a product qualifies for FREE SHIPPING you will see the FREE SHIPPING Icon listed with that product. Please review below all of our shipping policies and procedures to assure complete Customer Satisfaction.

California Vines is committed to the safe and timely shipment of your merchandise. Please refer to the following information regarding our shipping procedures:

  • If the item is not shipping FREE; to determine your shipping charge, simply add items that interest you to the shopping cart, then enter your delivery zip code.
  • Many items are shipped via Freight from warehouse. Many items can take 2-6 weeks for delivery. Please refer to each item ordered for the expected delivery.
  • Wine Stave Furniture items not shipping via Freight will be shipping via FEDEX Ground direct from the manufacturer.
  • Non-furniture orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground from Boynton Beach, FL., unless noted otherwise.
  • The cancellation or return of furniture orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The cancellation or return of custom-made or "Special Order" items will not be refunded.
  • Unless specific arrangements with California Vines have been made, delivery fees cover service to your curbside or driveway only. Freight charges do not include service inside your home or building, delivery before or after regular working hours, or delivery on weekends. For an extra fee, the exact amount depending on the services required, inside delivery can be arranged with the majority of freight companies used by California Vines. Please discuss all additional delivery services and applicable fees with the independent freight company when they call to schedule delivery. If necessary, California Vines can provide pricing information for special services including inside delivery.
  • We use extreme care when packaging our merchandise. In the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged (e.g., dented, torn, crushed, etc.), please note this on the driver's delivery slip at the time of arrival. Refuse delivery of any merchandise that is visibly damaged. If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately (maximum 7 days from date of delivery). In the case of noted damage, California Vines will file all necessary claims with the shipping companies and send replacements to you. In the case of concealed damage, the customer may be asked to provide photos to document the damage, and the options made available to the customer will be based upon the extent of the damage.

California Vines is dedicated to the expedient processing & delivery of your order. All non-furniture item orders received Monday thru Friday are shipped within 24 hours on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day. Most items are available immediately. If any product is on back-order or requires additional processing time, the availability notice will indicate the approximate number of days before your order leaves the warehouse.

Please note that all shipping charges are for shipments being shipped within the Continential United States. Please note that FREE SHIPPING qualifies for orders shipping within the Continential United States.
