Returns & Exchanges

California Vines wants you to love and enjoy the product(s) you’ve received. To insure your satisfaction we have a 30-day return period. If for any reason, you would like to exchange or return an item, we would be delighted to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Please repack the gift in its original packaging and follow these simple steps:

  1. Customer Service will provide you with a Return Number (RN). Write the RN number given to you by Customer Service on the packing slip.
  2. Please return the product with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post).
  3. If you are returning a product because it was damaged or defective, California Vines will provide a prepaid UPS return label.
  4. Please note that custom ordered items are not refundable unless damaged in shipment.
  5. Please note that all items shipped via freight must be inspected upon arrival.  If any item is damaged shipment must be refused and returned to manufacturer by freight carrier.  All damages must be report within 24 hours.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrectly shipped or damaged during transit.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all wine stave items that are returned not due to damage.
