If any product from California Vines fails to meet your expectations, in any way, please contact us and we’ll gladly replace it or refund the cost, whichever you prefer. Shipping and packaging charges are only refundable if the return is a result of our error. We want you to be 100% satisfied 100% of the time…nothing less will do!

Returns & Exchanges

California Vines wants you to love and enjoy the product(s) you’ve received. To insure your satisfaction we have a 30-day return period. If for any reason, you would like to exchange or return an item, we would be delighted to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Please repack the gift in its original packaging and follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-4MY-WINE.
  2. Customer Service will provide you with a Return Number (RN).
  3. Write the RN number given to you by Customer Service on the packing slip.  Please return the product with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post).
  4. If you are returning a product because it was damaged or defective, California Vines will provide a prepaid UPS return label.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrectly shipped or damaged during transit.  Also, please note a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all wine barrel furniture returned not due to damage.
